This site will give you information about the current work performed by Wade & Associates for Lake Quivira, KS and Johnson County Wastewater.

Wade & Associates, Inc. is conducting a Comprehensive Sewer Evaluation throughout the Lake Quivira Drainage Basin.  Wade will be performing GPS surveying, flow monitoring, manhole inspections, smoke testing and CCTV Inspections.  A hydraulic model of the collection system will be created to analyze capacity issues, land use, and future growth scenarios and cost-effective capital improvements.   Door hanger notification for smoke testing of sanitary sewer lines will be distributed 2-7 days before tests in your area begin.  Field technician crews will carry identification and use marked Wade & Associates vehicles.

Our goal is to identify and reduce defects in your sewer collection system, control excessive wet-weather flows and to eliminate future sanitary sewer overflows and backups.  I/I reduction also reduces cost of relief sewer construction.  We would like to thank the citizens of Lake Quivira for their efforts in making this study a success!
