You will find information here about the current work performed by Wade & Associates, Inc. in partnership with Delich, Roth & Goodwillie for the Unified Government of Kansas City, Kansas regarding the West Jersey Creek Watershed Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Study.

KCKS Water Tower

Wade & Associates is assisting the Unified Government in conducting an a Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Study within the West Jersey Creek Watershed of the Kansas City, KS Sanitary Collection System.   This project is part of a Long-Term Control Plan and Sewer Separation Strategy by the City to reduce inflow and infiltration (I/I) and to control sanitary sewer overflows.  Key components of the program are identifying I/I defects and capacity evaluation and assurance within the City's combined sanitary collection system. 

KSKC West Jersey Creek Project

Field investigations by Wade include manhole inspections, smoke testing of sanitary and combined sewer lines, building inspections, and CCTV inspections.  Wade will also conduct manhole GPS surveying of the City's sanitary collection system.

We will make every effort to coordinate these activities with city officials, citizens, and business owners in the area to limit traffic disruption and to avoid interference with planned community-wide events.
